Toliver Construction Company has been a joy to work with. I contracted with them to enlarge my home to give my Mom a place of her own. During the build we’ve added new windows, siding, doors & interior drywall touch-ups & painting to my existing home. My project has grown more than I expected in the beginning, but Toliver Construction has done an outstanding job working through each phase of the project. I’m very pleased with their attention to detail and how this expansion has progressed. I’m giving Toliver Construction a 5 star rating.

  I moved to the area this year and bought a house that needed work. Some of the repairs were minor inconveniences (dishwasher not mounted properly, nail on the roof pushing up a shingle, doors hung crooked in the house) while others were larger projects (a complete door replacement with removal of rotten sections, moldy flooring that needed to be ripped up that also included repairs to the walls because the mold traveled up.) In both instances the estimates were well priced, his assessments were honest, they worked in a timely manner, were polite and professional, and answered any questions I had. I have more things I will be fixing in the future and they are definitely my first call every time.
