Owner
Jeremy Toliver
Coming up through the ranks in construction wasn’t always the easiest way for Jeremy to advance, but it is one that looking back has been an invaluable experience. Understanding what it is like to be at the bottom of the pile gives him an appreciation of the guys who are working hard and always looking up. He is a boy dad (4 at that!), getting a daughter when his oldest got married in December of ’24. He is active in the community, coaching soccer at Rhea County Community Center and Rhea Middle School for 15 years, volunteering with their recreational soccer program and supporting their Strong Kids Campaign. He has served on the Board of Directors of Main Street Dayton, The Care Center, Homebuilder’s Association of Southern Tennessee and the HBAST Remodeler’s Council (where he was named the Remodeler of the Year in 2011). He is a graduate of Rhea County High School and Bryan College; learning is a continuous journey for him, as he has earned his Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), Certified Graduate Builder (CGB), and Certified Green Professional (CGP) designations from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He has been a licensed home inspector, but retired that license to focus on building Toliver Construction Enterprises, LLC. He is active at Westminster Presbyterian Church, heading the AV department and occasionally teaching Sunday School. He enjoys riding motorcycles, offroading/overlanding, camping, fishing, watching/coaching/playing soccer, and his relationships with his kids and wife of 26 years, Alana. On a typical weekend you’ll find him on a soccer field, swinging a hammer at home on a project, wrenching on a vehicle/boat/bike, or chilling in the pool.

Designer
Barry Webb
Barry has been with TCE since the fall of 2024. He is our in-house design specialist. He has a long history of operating his own businesses – often focused on construction designs. He moved from Florida to Decatur TN around 2020 and has been loving the area. You can catch him enjoying lunch at Monkey Town Brewery in Dayton or Angela’s in Athens. Barry usually is listening to some modern county music while he works to deliver your dream designs.

Office manager and Receptionist
Dee Price
Dee started working with TCE around 2020 to ensure that the business is well organized and efficient. She manages paper work – which she has always loved doing – and is your first point of contact when you call the office or otherwise communicate with the company. Dee cheers for the TN Vols all season long.

Field Foreman
Michael Mobley
Michael has been with TCE since the summer of 2024. His job is to ensure that every project meets the impressive quality standards of the company. He moved to the area from a small town in Alabama in order to get a new start in life and live closer to family and friends. He cheers “Roll Tide” when college football season starts, but we love him anyway. You can expect to see him on the job site listening to classic rock and sipping a diet Mt. Dew.

Painting Specialist
Esteban Estepa
Esteban or Stephen is our singing painter. He moved to the Tennessee from Chicago about 5 years ago after meeting Jeremy while helping his aunt repaint her house. He loves interacting with clients and solving their problems. Stephen thinks that you should consider having TCE manage your project because, “We make sure that we don’t cut any corners and we maintain good communication throughout the process.”

Logistics
Yannick Roy
Yannick ensures that each project has what they need as fast as possible so that everything stays on schedule. He manages inventory, deliveries, and even helps out with hands on work from time to time. Yannick was born and raised in French Canadian Montreal and now he operates Jennings Coffee and Tea with his wife in his off hours. Ever since 2022 he has been working with TCE, and he has enjoyed learning about the process of construction.
